Our Co-founders, Chip Addis and Justin Hill, have spent a combined 30 years developing financial and investment strategies for their clients.  Together they have built an organization focused entirely on their clients by collectively utilizing their unique individual strengths, passions, and talents.  Each partner brings a wealth of experience ranging from technical to operational to interpersonal skills – all of which are qualities that any successful firm must employ.

Both Chip and Justin are passionate about small town life, having grown up in small towns themselves, Chip, in central Pennsylvania and, Justin, along the Connecticut coast.  Both feel very fortunate to have landed in Wayne, PA along the Main Line of Philadelphia’s western suburbs.  Chip is a Penn State graduate and die-hard Nittany Lion fan. Justin is a South Carolina graduate and avid Gamecock fan.  This combination makes for some interesting

dynamics during college football season!  The partners both share a love of the water – Justin along the New

England shoreline and Chip along Maryland's eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay.

Each partner is committed to contributing to their community and has volunteered on numerous boards and organizations.  Justin is a past recipient of the Lawrence T. Adelberger, Sr. Award given by the Wayne Business Association for outstanding leadership. 

Kelly Bashore joined the firm in 2005 and provides vital administrative support to the partners, its business operations, and to our clients.

In 2007, Chip and Justin purchased a historic building in the heart of Wayne and completed an extensive renovation that has since earned them an historic preservation award from the Radnor Historical Society.  Askin Point at Wayne Station is the home of Addis & Hill today.
